Roof Leak Repair Rooted in Arvada

Mike Ellison started Arvada Roof & Leak Pros from his base in Arvada to handle the steady stream of roof leaks that appear across Jefferson County homes, especially once winter temperatures drop and spring storms move through. Working the neighborhoods of Olde Town Arvada, Ralston Creek, and West Arvada, he learned early that many houses here carry mid-century roofs that meet the semi-arid continental sun day after day, then suddenly face concentrated runoff that finds every seam and flashing.

The company stays small so Mike can still walk every job himself, whether the call comes from a homeowner near the Arvada Center for the Arts or a property owner closer to Majestic View Nature Center. When leaks show up after a fast-moving front, the crew focuses on precise diagnosis and targeted fixes instead of full replacements, keeping the work practical for the older stock that lines the streets between Arvada and nearby Golden, Westminster, and Denver.

Daily operations revolve around clear communication and visible workmanship. Mike schedules time to explain findings on site, points out how the local sun load and occasional heavy moisture affect specific roof details, and leaves the area clean before the truck pulls away.

I grew up near Olde Town Arvada and started the business after watching sudden moisture after sunny stretches create leaks in the older homes along Ralston Creek and in West Arvada. Working across Jefferson County and the nearby Golden, Westminster, and Denver corridors showed me how the semi-arid continental weather hits the local housing stock, so I focused on getting Roof Leak Repair and Emergency Roof Leak Repair done right for neighbors around the Arvada Center for the Arts and Majestic View Nature Center.
